Terms of Use

Scope, limitations, and prohibited use of AegisLedgerAI.

Last updated: 2026-09-23

By using AegisLedgerAI you agree to these terms. AegisLedgerAI is an evidence, risk, compliance, and security console for controlled operations. It is not the authoritative Agent Control core unless and until an independent audit proves the complete authority, identity, transport, sequencing, containment, and recovery contract.

Permitted use

You may use the console to inspect verified proof packages, review quarantine, visualize risk, and request authorized control actions. Public signals are synthetic sample data unless a verified source is explicitly stated.

No legal advice or certification

Legal and compliance outputs are decision support only. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or an auditor opinion. Verification never makes a legal or compliance conclusion. Consult qualified professionals for binding determinations.

Proof limitations

A hash proves byte equality but does not by itself prove source authenticity, completeness, authorization, time, or external finality. Externally anchored status requires a verified external receipt under the declared finality and revocation policy. No UI, API, or export uses "anchored" unless an external receipt is current and verified.

Prohibited use

You may not attempt to bypass authorization, forge callbacks, substitute payloads, inject agent prompts or evidence, enumerate identifiers, or use the console to claim execution, connectivity, or completion that the underlying typed evidence does not support. Misuse may result in access revocation.

Activation discipline

Provider calls, callbacks, schedules, real data, external anchoring, DNS changes, and live agent-to-agent execution remain disabled until each capability passes its own evidence-backed release gate with named approval.
