Public page availability is measured separately from source availability. A clean dashboard or changing counter is not proof that sources, storage, provider transport, or control paths are healthy.
The public dashboard renders simulated, non-identifying sample data. It is not connected to a live network, provider, or blockchain. No state is named LIVE.
Provider calls, callbacks, schedules, external anchoring, and live agent-to-agent execution remain disabled until each capability passes its own evidence-backed release gate.
The console may display synthetic control-state demonstrations and receive redacted, read-only evidence. It may not dispatch agents, release Agent B, retry work, fail over providers, or assert remote cancellation until the control core is independently accepted.
Truth dimensions
Every signal carries orthogonal state dimensions: data mode, connectivity, freshness, control state, and evidence state. Derived presentation priority is fail-closed: revoked or quarantined, disconnected, expired, degraded or stale, synthetic or unverified, then verified. A connected source with paused controls is shown as connected read-only and paused — never active execution.
